These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and apply to all purchases made through the Château Élégance online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all orders placed via the Château Élégance online store and govern the contractual relationship between the customer and the applicable Seller of Record as defined above.

4. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

5. Product Information

We strive to present all products accurately. Minor variations in color, packaging, or presentation may occur due to supplier updates or technical display limitations.

6. Prices, Taxes & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer.

  • Sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

  • For EU customers, VAT may be charged where legally required.

  • Import duties and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Dropshipping

We ship internationally, including via third-party logistics partners and dropshipping suppliers.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, supplier location, and customs processing.

8. Order Formation

A binding contract is formed once the customer receives an order confirmation email.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the respective Seller of Record until full payment has been received.

10. Returns & Cancellations

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs and customs charges are borne by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

12. Governing Law

  • For U.S. customers: Laws of the State of Wyoming, USA

  • For EU & international customers: Laws of the United Arab Emirates

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country remain applicable.
