Right of Withdrawal / Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Beauty devices showing signs of use

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged on arrival.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
