After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, peak seasons, product availability, incorrect delivery information, weather events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title may pass in accordance with the applicable shipping terms and mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

16. Dispute Resolution / Consumer Arbitration
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
