Château Élégance™ is the brand under which we operate this store. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Seller: The contracting party for all orders placed in this store, worldwide, is AURELIA 101 LUXURY LLC.

Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use this site and place orders.

Products and descriptions: We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. Product information is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Please read the label and directions before using any product.

Prices and payment: Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping costs are shown at checkout where possible. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes: Import charges depend on both the dispatch country and the delivery country, including when a product is shipped to the United States from overseas. Unless checkout expressly states that import charges are included, they are not included in the shipping charge and may be collected from the recipient by the carrier or customs authority.
