Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Available shipping options for your country will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Standard Tracked Shipping: Estimated delivery time is approximately 6–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country.
Expedited shipping options, if available for your address, will be shown during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Note for EU customers: Starting July 1, 2026, the EU €150 customs duty exemption is being removed. All imported goods entering the EU will be subject to customs duties.
9. Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
If your order shows as "Delivered" but has not arrived, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If unresolved, contact us at concierge@chateau-elegance.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
