We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • in their original condition

  • in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • opened or used personal care items

  • cosmetics or beauty devices showing signs of use

  • gift cards

  • final sale items

How to Start a Return

  • your order number

  • the email address used at checkout

  • the reason for the return (photos if applicable)

Do not send returns to our business address.
Return addresses vary by item and fulfillment partner and will be provided by our support team after your request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
