Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time 

Standard Tracked Shipping: approximately 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed in the currency selected by the customer.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address changes & cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

If you need to update your address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order is in processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Damaged or incorrect items
